Let’s look at the top right box of the sudoku table (where ABC cross PQR). This is a classic sudoku move that would necessitate cross referencing of rows and columns. We can’t put 8s in columns Q & R, because there are 8s in cells IQ & ER on the same columns, respectively. We can’t put 8s in columns A & C, because there are 8s in AK & CM on the same columns, respectively. This leads to our only possible sudoku solution. The number 8 ought to be in cell BP. |
