Let’s look at the right middle box (where DEP cross PQR). We can’t put 2s in rows D & E, because there are 2s in cells DM and El, respectively. We can’t put a 2 in cell FR because there’s a 2 in cell IR on the same column. The only inevitable sudoku solution is to put a 2 in cell FQ. |
